Double Double Aces & Faces Strategy
Double Double Aces & Faces takes Aces & Faces one step further, splitting its top two four-of-a-kind tiers again by kicker: four aces with a jack, queen, or king kicker climbs to the highest tier, and four faces with a jack, queen, king, or ace kicker climbs to a bonus tier of its own. The signature decision this adds is the redraw — holding four aces or four faces without a qualifying kicker and drawing one card for it is worth more than holding all five as dealt, a hold type Aces & Faces never has, and on the strongest paytables even breaking a made full house of trip aces for a shot at the top kicker tier is the correct play. Within the family, only the Full House and Flush payouts change between paytables — every kicker and non-kicker tier is fixed.
